PROJECT OVERVIEW
Wakely Associates has partnered with Macomb Intermediate School District to deliver comprehensive district-wide facility improvements focused on modernizing educational environments, enhancing campus safety, and supporting the district’s long-term operational goals. The program encompasses a broad range of capital improvements designed to extend the life of existing facilities while creating flexible, technology-rich learning environments that better serve students, educators, and the community.
The scope of work includes facility renovations and modernization, roofing replacements, security and access control upgrades, technology infrastructure enhancements, athletic facility improvements, and specialized upgrades to support special education programs. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system improvements were also integrated throughout the district to improve building performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. Through thoughtful planning and coordinated implementation, these improvements strengthen the district’s educational infrastructure while creating safe, functional, and adaptable learning environments that support student success for years to come.
