PROJECT OVERVIEW
Wakely Associates partnered with Chippewa Valley Public Schools to design and deliver a new 108,000-square-foot Ninth Grade Center that provides students with a dedicated learning environment tailored to the transition into high school. Purposefully designed to foster academic success, collaboration, and student engagement, the facility creates an environment where ninth-grade students can build confidence, establish meaningful connections, and develop the skills needed for long-term success throughout their high school experience.
The new facility features modern classrooms, collaborative learning environments, administrative offices, student commons, and a variety of support spaces that work together to create a welcoming, student-centered campus. Every aspect of the design was carefully planned to encourage interaction, flexibility, and innovative teaching methods while providing educators with spaces that support individualized instruction and student development. Open gathering areas and collaborative learning spaces promote engagement beyond the traditional classroom, creating opportunities for both formal and informal learning throughout the school day.
